Application for a license to exploit and use surface water (form No. 05, Part I, Circular 27/2014/TT-BTNMT);
Water exploitation and use project in case there is no exploitation project (Form No. 29, Part IV, Circular 27/2014/TT-BTNMT); report on the current status of water exploitation and use with the operation process in case there is an exploitation project (if it is required to have an operation process) (Form No. 30, Part IV, Circular 27/2014/TT-BTNMT);
Results of water quality analysis not more than three (03) months from the time of application submission;
Diagram of the location of the water exploitation project.
In case there is no surface water or seawater exploitation project, the application for a license must be submitted during the investment preparation phase.
Time for appraisal and approval of dossiers
The license for exploitation and use of surface water has a maximum term of fifteen (15) years, a minimum of five (05) years and can be considered for renewal many times, each renewal is a minimum of three (03) years, a maximum of ten (10) years;
