Confirmation of completion of works and environmental protection measures is the Acceptance of works and environmental protection measures serving the operation phase according to the Environmental Monitoring Report, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Protection Commitment, and Environmental Protection Project.

Applicable to domestic agencies, organizations and individuals and foreign organizations and individuals (hereinafter referred to as organizations and individuals) with activities related to the discharge of wastewater into water sources within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
