1. Legal bases on the environment
Law on Environmental Protection No. 55/2014/QH13 was passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on June 23, 2014, effective from January 1, 2015.
Law on Water Resources No. 17/2012/QH13 was passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on June 21, 2012, effective from January 1, 2013.
