A. HORIZONTAL MULTI-STAGE PUMPS CHL, CHLK/CHLF(T)

1. Applications:

3. Materials:

• All wetted parts are made of stainless steel 304 (or 316 upon request).
• Pump head, suction, and discharge ends may be cast iron if required.

• Impellers are made of pressed-welded stainless steel SS 306 (or 316).
• Types include CHL, CHLF, and CHLF(T).
• Single-phase motor up to 2.2 kW, insulation class F, protection class IP55.
• Standard temperature version up to 70℃; high-temperature version (e.g. for boilers) up to 110℃.

3. Materials:

• All wetted parts are made of stainless steel 304 (or 316 upon request).
• Pump head, suction, and discharge ends may be cast iron if required.

4. Description:

• Standard TEFC motors (1-phase up to 2.2 kW), insulation class F, protection class IP55
• Standard temperature version up to 70℃; high-temperature version (e.g. for boilers) up to 120℃
• Mechanical seal: Tungsten Carbide/Graphite (other materials optional)
• CDL pumps are typically used for boilers, firefighting, and water supply
• CDLF pumps are typically used for pure water filtration and food technology
• When ordering, specify fluid type, working temperature, pump installation height, and whether single-phase or three-phase.
