A. Tsurumi pump

1. Application

Tsurumi submersible pumps are used in:

2. Specifications

• Pump body and impeller are made of gray cast iron.
• Pump shaft: made of stainless steel.
• Insulation level: Level B.
• Motor capacity: 0.25 - 110 kW, 1 phase 220V or 3 phase 380V.

3. Operating conditions

• Power supply: 1Phase, 3Phase.
• Liquid temperature less than 40oC, pH from 4 - 10, specific gravity less than 1200 kg/m3, liquid to solid ratio less than 2%.
• Tsurumi submersible pumps are not suitable for strong corrosive liquids or solids.
• Solid particle size does not exceed the maximum allowable solid particle diameter.

B. Evergush pump

1. Description

• Evergush submersible pump with double mechanical seal structure helps the pump operate most effectively.
• The pump motor will automatically shut off to protect the motor from burning under abnormal conditions.
• Evergush submersible pump with compact design, easy to install and disassemble.
• Pump parts such as: motor housing, screws, bottom filter are made of stainless steel to limit corrosion in wastewater environment.

4. Operating conditions

When using Evergush pump, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Ambient temperature: 0 ~ 40 ℃.
• Liquid temperature: 0 ~ 40 ℃.
• Maximum depth: 30 m.
• Do not let the pump run continuously for 24 hours or run the pump below the lowest water level.
• Allowable solids to pass: 6mm.

C. Shinmaywa pump

1. Description

• Impeller: After optimized design, Shinmaywa submersible sewage pump can pump liquid with the best capacity, speed and flow. Not easy to overload. Impeller vibrates little, rotates evenly.
• Motor: Shinmaywa submersible sewage pump motor is specially designed, protection level is IP68, class F, good cooling, durable.
• Mechanical seal: 2 or 3 mechanical seals are mounted in succession. One seal separates the liquid from the oil chamber. Another seal separates the oil from the motor.
• Oil chamber: There is suitable oil in the oil chamber, there are 2 mechanical seals. If the first seal leaks, the oil in the oil chamber will prevent the liquid from entering the motor. And the two mechanical seals can be lubricated and cooled, making it work stably, dissipating part of the heat caused by the bearing at the bottom of the motor.
• Bearing: The bearing set at the bottom makes the pump shaft work stably. Depending on the radial force, centrifugal force and pump load, the bottom bearing can be formed with 2 or 3 different types of bearings to ensure the pump operates stably with long life.

1. Application of air blower
